We are looking for highly motivated, ambitious and enthusiastic people to join in our Commercial Team in Brussels.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the commercial development of the market.
- Advise and develop the loyalty of Belgium real estate agents interested in selling our products.
- Continuous contact with potential clients to assist them in fulfilling their dream of purchasing a home in Spain.
- To visit our real estate promotions in Spain in order to get to know the product and to establish and execute a good training plan for the collaborating agencies.
- Helping in the decision-making process. Advising and following up on individual clients in accordance with the company's protocols.
- Participate in the definition of the marketing plan for its market.
- Participate in various events (real estate fairs, product and service presentations, etc.).
Qualifications
- Education in business and marketing.
- 1-2 years' of experience in sales.
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
